Well.. this Jutsu is somewaht simular to chakra explosions but with a different concept. It bascially allows you to use electricty as energy beams if you will, which explode on impact. Now then, first you need get the electricty in your hands. Jus' think of a Rasengan and a Chidori hybrid.
*Lifting his palm he closes it, then reopens it to contains a blue eletric chakra crackling in his hand.*

Alright *I raise my hand in the air. and begin to gather swirling electrical Chakra as it makes an orb* What next?!

Now this is the difficult part, allowing the energy to flow seperately but smoothly. Releasing the energy from you hand and having it explode on impact takes getting used to. When you release the electricty from your hand it should flow in a beam like state. But the hard part is the explosion.
*Shiro leaps in teh air and swigns his hand sends a rain of eletic beams falling to the ground, making small balls of lightening when the hit the dirt.*
It might now explode at first. But when you get used to it, you should be fine.

C'mon!! *I jump into the air on hand on my wrist while the other holds the Chakra* ENERGY RAIN!!!*I fire many lightning sphere to the ground but instead of explode they just disappear*

*Laughing, he pats Aeon on his back.*

Time to do it again!!! * I continue practicing Energy Rain for hours* Now...lets see what I have learned!!! *I begin to channel swirling Lightning Chakra into my hand* NOW ENERGY RAIN!!!! *I leap into the air and send a rain of Lightning beams falling to the ground, making small orbs of lightning that explode...but the explosion of more of an electric nature than a regular explosion*
